WARRANTY POLICY

At Era Athletics, we’ve got you covered! All custom items purchased from us come with a 365-day warranty starting from the date of purchase. If you enter into a contract with Era Athletics for a two-year term, additional coverage options may apply.

Era Athletics guarantees that your items will match the same style and size as what was originally purchased. This warranty specifically covers any manufacturing errors or defects.

Please note that the Apparel Warranty excludes coverage for the following:

Lost Items
Stains
Improper Sizing Damages
Damages From Improper Washing/Drying
Holes/Tears


RETURN POLICY

Era Athletics is committed to the quality of our products. If we have manufactured a product incorrectly or if our merchandise is defective, we will ensure it is resolved. We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase from Era Athletics. However, if you need to exchange or return an item, please review our policy carefully and follow the appropriate instructions based on how you placed your order.


PLEASE ADVISE: Era Athletics does not permit unauthorized returns for online orders. Packages sent with custom shipping labels or without a return authorization will be rejected and sent back to the sender.


CUSTOM APPAREL
ALL Custom or made-to-order items, cannot be returned or exchanged. If you encounter an error or defect, please inform your Era Sales Rep within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to: custom or made-to-order uniforms, warm-ups, practice wear, backpacks and poms.

Please note; items that have been worn or washed, are not eligible for returns.


REFUNDS
What is the expected time frame for my refund? The inspection and refund process for online orders and returns typically take 10 to 28 business days, from Monday to Friday. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit in the form of an electronic gift card, when applicable. You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.


PRODUCTION
At Era Athletics, we aim to make the process seamless for all our customers. Due to high demand for custom orders, please anticipate a production time of 4 to 9 weeks, along with an additional 4 to 7 days for shipping.
